No more stooping and hunching over in the tent!
I was looking for a 6-person tent that my husband and I could stand upwards in and that would continue u.s. dry when it rains. We're not tall people (5'three" and 5'7" respectively) then that didn't seem like such a alpine club (excuse the pun). The Coleman Instant Cabin Tent was one of the few I found that didn't cost a fortune and that met my ii criteria based on the product clarification and on other reviews. I used information technology for the starting time fourth dimension this past weekend. It'due south on the heavy side, just not impossibly so. It was every bit easy to put up as they say. While I could've done it by myself, my sis was with me and wanted to help out. Once I got it out of the conveying case and the box, we had that thing up in, like, one minute, maybe less -- presto! And I was able to stand up up easily with plenty of head room to speel. It feels much bigger than other 6-person tents nosotros've used over the years. Information technology didn't rain so I can't speak to if it stays dry, but it's a sturdy tent and I'm hoping for the best. Also, there are good sized windows on all four sides with zipper covers so you can open up them up for fresh air or zipper them shut for privacy and warmth. The but reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because it is incommunicable to go it dorsum into the conveying case. I ended up using iii bungee cords to continue it folded up: 1 at the top, 1 in the middle and the 3rd at the lesser which worked fine.Read total review

Height critical review
Lightweight
The first i purchased had a pocket-size hole in the side of the tent. We were told to put a patch on it that came with the tent. I put three coats of water repellent on the whole tent.. Still, if information technology came a shower at that place was a mist that blew into your face up when inside. The company told me the tent is not water proof but "h2o resistant". We are very disappointed with our offset tent.

Coleman instant pop-up in threescore seconds
I have multiple tents and in one case I tried this Coleman 6 person instant pop-up in 60 seconds now is my preferred camping ground tent, is like shooting fish in a barrel to open and mount, it took me one minute, prior i watched a video on YouTube, easy to dismount and put it in the bag, i similar that the ceiling is high plenty for a half-dozen anxiety alpine person can walk within with no problem, it has better ventilation that other camping tents and the material is very resistant against rain, the solid poles gives more stability confronting winds compared to the fiber glass poles that comes with other tents.

Easy to setup tent
I don't know most lx seconds, but it was very easy to setup. I purchased the extra accessory summit cover & rain proofing spray to to exist actress conscientious. The first family camping event was squeamish. It didn't rain, so I tin't speak on the waterproof-ness of this tent, merely in that location was plenty of space. It's a good tent. I'k glad I purchased it.

All-time tent, hands down.
I was looking for an instant tent, talked to a friend who had this one for four people. Was told that a couple brands make a very similar tent, this 1 bring the best quality. Information technology is already waterproofed, saving me the hassle of spraying it. Doesn't need a rain fly at all due to the waterproofing. Awesome, this entire tent is one slice, snaps open up easily can fix alone, I'm five'three". Comes with a big bag and I don't take to fold information technology like origami to fit. All-time tent I've endemic, highly recommend for machine camping, should you need to camp away from the automobile this tent is light for it's size and the bag has wheels.
